These are all made in North Kent shelly ware.
South Shields, SS77, context F47 (unstratified). Published: Bidwell and Speak 1994, fig. 8.7, no. 3. Brown fabric with plentiful shell inclusions, dark grey rim and interior surfaces with oxidised patches round the neck and on the interior.
A. South shields, 22342 (found in wall constructed c.225). Orange fabric with slightly soapy feel, oxidised exterior and dark grey rim and interior surface. Plentiful shell inclusions.
